Xbox controller repair that lasts
An Xbox controller gets hundreds of hours of button presses and stick movements, so individual parts wear out long before the rest of it does. We replace the part that has failed, test every input and send it back ready to play.
Each repair comes with a free diagnosis, a fixed price and our 24-month warranty. For console faults, see our Xbox repair page.

Elite Series 2 controller repairs
The Elite Series 2 is a premium controller with a premium price, which makes repairing it well worth it. Its most common faults are bumpers that stop registering, rubber grips that peel away and a built-in battery that no longer charges. Its thumbsticks and paddles are removable, so check they're seated firmly before assuming a fault.

- Update the firmwareUse the Xbox Accessories app on your console or a Windows PC to install the latest controller update.

How much does Xbox controller repair cost?
It depends on the fault and the controller. We'll quote a fixed price first, and a repair usually costs less than a new controller.
Can you fix Xbox controller stick drift?
Yes. We replace the worn thumbstick module and test the stick across its full range of movement.
