The Apple Watch screen is a single sealed unit, with the glass bonded to the display. A crack usually means a complete new screen, which we fit and seal so it sits flush with the case.
Battery replacement is the other common Apple Watch repair. If yours no longer lasts a day, you can check its battery health on the watch itself, in Settings, then Battery, then Battery Health.
The sensor glass on the back can crack too, as it has on this watch. It sits over the heart rate sensors and helps keep water out, so a cracked back is worth getting looked at.

Yes. We replace the complete screen assembly, because the glass and display are bonded together, and test the touchscreen and display before returning your watch.
Will my watch still be water resistant after a repair?
We reseal every watch we open, but the original water resistance can't be promised after any repair, so we'd recommend not swimming with it.
