Six things worth knowing before you repair an S25

The Ultra's S Pen no longer has Bluetooth
Samsung removed it on the S25 Ultra, so Air Actions and the remote camera shutter are gone by design, not because anything is broken. If the pen stops writing across part of the screen, though, that usually points to the display.

The Edge is just 5.8mm thin
There's very little room inside the S25 Edge, and its screen, battery and frame are made for it alone. Tell us it's the Edge when you get in touch, so we can make sure the right part is ready.

Two charging speeds across the range
The S25 and S25 Edge charge at 25W, while the S25+, Ultra and FE reach 45W. If your phone has dropped back to ordinary charging speed, we check the charger and cable first, then the USB-C port.

Newer phones may still be under warranty
If your S25 has developed a fault on its own and it's still within Samsung's warranty, check with Samsung first. Accidental damage, like a cracked screen, isn't covered, and that's where we come in.

Protect the battery from day one
Samsung's Battery protection setting, under Settings then Battery, can stop the phone charging past 80%. It slows the wear that eventually leads to a battery replacement.

Tougher glass still cracks
The Ultra's Gorilla Armor 2 and the Edge's Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 are tougher than most, but no phone glass is crack-proof. Because the glass and AMOLED panel are bonded together, a crack means replacing the whole display.

How long does a Galaxy S25 screen replacement take?
Same-day repair is available, and most S25 screen replacements take under an hour once we have the right part. The S25 Ultra, Edge and FE each use their own display, so tell us which model you have and we'll confirm the timing when we quote.
Is my S25 still covered by Samsung's warranty?
It might be, for faults you didn't cause. If your phone has developed a problem on its own, check with Samsung first. Accidental damage, like a cracked screen or a drop in water, isn't covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and that's the kind of repair we handle every day.
Can you repair the Galaxy S25 Edge?
Yes. At 5.8mm, the Edge is the thinnest phone in the range, and its screen, battery and frame are unique to it. Let us know you have the Edge and we'll check we have the right part before booking you in.
My S25 Ultra's S Pen won't do Air Actions. Is it broken?
No. Samsung removed Bluetooth from the S25 Ultra's S Pen, so Air Actions and the remote camera shutter aren't available on this model. If the pen stops writing on part of the screen, though, that usually points to the display, and we can check it for free.
How can I make my S25 battery last longer?
Turn on Battery protection, under Settings then Battery, to stop the phone charging past 80%. Avoiding heat helps too, such as not leaving it charging on a sunny windowsill. If the battery is already worn, a replacement is a same-day job.
Should I get a small crack fixed straight away?
It's worth it. Cracks tend to spread, loose glass can cut your fingers, and a broken screen lets dust and moisture in, which can turn a screen repair into a bigger one. Fixing it early usually keeps the job simple.
