Often, yes. Many screen, battery and charging repairs are finished the same day when we have the part, and we'll give you a timescale when we quote.
Do you collect iPhones for repair?
Yes, for free, from anywhere in Greater Manchester. We collect from your home or workplace, repair your iPhone and bring it back, and many repairs can be carried out at your door instead.
Which iPhone models do you repair?
Every iPhone from the iPhone 8 and SE to the latest iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max, including the whole iPhone 17 range and iPhone Air. Older iPhones are worth asking about too.
Will my iPhone show a message about non-genuine parts?
It can, depending on the part. Since the iPhone 11, iOS lists replaced parts such as screens, batteries and cameras in Parts and Service History, and it flags any part it can't verify. We'll always tell you which part we're fitting before the repair.
Will I lose my data?
Most iPhone repairs, including screens, batteries and back glass, don't touch your data or need a reset. We'd still suggest a backup to iCloud or a computer beforehand where you can.
What warranty do you give on iPhone repairs?
Every iPhone repair comes with our 24-month warranty, covering the parts we fit and the work we do. If anything goes wrong with the repair in that time, get in touch and we'll sort it.
Should I go to Apple first?
If your iPhone is within Apple's one-year warranty and has a fault you didn't cause, Apple may repair it free. For accidental damage without AppleCare+, or for older iPhones, an independent repair is usually quicker and more affordable, and ours is covered by our own 24-month warranty.
Is it worth repairing an older iPhone?
Usually. A new screen or battery can give an iPhone 12, 13 or 14 years more use for a fraction of the price of a new phone. If a repair wouldn't be worth it for yours, we'll say so.
