What isn't covered

Warranty questions
Is the warranty on the whole phone?
No. It covers the parts we fitted and the work we carried out. Other parts of your device aren't covered, although we're always happy to check them for you.
My battery health has dropped. Is that covered?
A battery that fails or loses capacity unusually quickly is covered. The slow, gradual drop in capacity that every battery shows with normal use is not a fault, so it isn't covered.
Do I need proof of my repair?
Keeping your receipt or repair confirmation makes a claim quicker, but get in touch even if you can't find it and we'll look up your repair.
Does a warranty claim cost anything?
No. Checking a warranty claim is free, and so is collection from anywhere in Greater Manchester. Covered faults are fixed at no charge.
